The docs page on the free version is not clear on what the free version blocks, so test it before you pay.

Work. In KWGT, you make the widget. The forum shows that a calendar list needs formulas, and that the first problems are often calendar permission or calendar selection. Super Agenda has no formulas.
Freedom. KWGT can make many kinds of widgets, so you can build layouts that Super Agenda does not offer. Super Agenda is only an agenda.
